What this fâl tells you

A door has been swept clean for you and an invitation called out: do not sleep through it. Tradition reads this fal as a warning against weakness of will, and a call to leave the "ruin" and return to the house of treasure. Wake up to the good fortune that is offered; your prayers may be closer to an answer than you think.

A traditional-style reading for reflection and enjoyment.

How this ghazal is built

radif: zade. qâfiye: -âb (âb, shâb, sahâb, âftâb, golâb, rabâb, sharâb, kharâb, khâb, mostajâb, rekâb, jenâb). The last two beyts praise a ruler (Nusrat al-Din, usually taken as Shah Yahya).
