What this fâl tells you

This fal arrives like a fresh morning after a cold night: do not let worry about yourself drown you. Tradition reads it as a call to lighten your heart, enjoy good company and music, and give yourself to a work worth doing. Listen to the wise old voice that tells you to live well and trust in God's richness.

A traditional-style reading for reflection and enjoyment.

How this ghazal is built

radif: none. qâfiye: -ani (bahmani, mani, kardani, mizani, monhani, ghani). The last words, hova-l-ghani, are Arabic: "He is the Rich, the Self-Sufficient", a name of God.
