For sentence 2 the original key gives قرار گرفته (gharâr gerefte), the wording of the reading text, but the word box offers قرار دارد (gharâr dârad). Both mean "is located". In sentence 5, ثبت completes the phrase ثبت شده‌اند, "have been registered"; the reading text says به ثبت رسیده‌اند, which means the same.

In the original key, ص stands for صحیح (sahih), "true", and غ for غلط (ghalat), "false".

Note: the original key marks statement د as false (غ), but the reading text clearly says that Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan is one of the largest squares in the world, so the correct answer is true.
How to use this key
Do not just compare letters. For each answer, read the completed sentence aloud, find the matching sentence in the reading text, and notice how the exercise sentence differs from the original. Many items swap a word in the text for a synonym from the key words table, so this is also good synonym practice. If you got an item wrong, write the full sentence out once by hand.
Exercise 4
Exercise 4 is open: write a few sentences about اصفهان (Isfahan). Reuse the key words from the lesson, and check your sentences against the reading text.
